1. השירות
ES4K Play הוא נגן מדיה בלבד, ופורטל לניהול פלייליסטים. השירות ניתן בחינם.
2. אין תוכן
ES4K Play אינו מספק, מוכר, מאחסן או מקשר לערוצים, סרטים, סדרות או כל תוכן אחר, ואינו קשור לאף ספק תוכן או IPTV. האפליקציה מציגה רק תוכן שהמשתמש הוסיף בעצמו.
3. אחריות המשתמש
המשתמש אחראי לכך שיש לו זכות חוקית לצפות בכל תוכן שהוא מוסיף, ולעמוד בתנאי הספק שלו ובדין החל. אסור להשתמש בשירות להפרת זכויות יוצרים או לכל מטרה בלתי חוקית.
4. בלי אחריות
השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" (AS IS). איננו מתחייבים לזמינות רציפה, לתאימות לכל ספק או לכל מכשיר, או לאיכות הזרמים, שתלויים בספק של המשתמש. ככל שהדין מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק שנגרם משימוש בשירות.
5. הפסקת שירות
אנו רשאים לחסום מכשיר שמשתמש בשירות לרעה (למשל ניסיונות פריצה או הפרת חוק), לשנות את השירות או להפסיק אותו.

1. The service
ES4K Play is a media player only, plus a portal for managing playlists. It is free of charge.
2. No content
ES4K Play does not provide, sell, host or link to any channels, movies, series or other content, and is not affiliated with any content or IPTV provider. The app only plays content the user adds.
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for having the legal right to view any content they add, and for complying with their provider's terms and applicable law. Using the service to infringe copyright or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with every provider or device, or stream quality, which depends on the user's provider. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
5. Termination
We may block devices that abuse the service (e.g. attacks or unlawful use), and may change or discontinue the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
